Welcome to the American Scholarly Research Conference (ASRC) 2025
π June 10β12, 2025 | π Florida, USA & Virtual Participation
π Overview
The Organizing Committee of ASRC 2025 invites the submission of original, high-quality research papers that have not been previously published or concurrently submitted elsewhere. To maintain the highest standards and ensure consistency across submissions, authors are requested to strictly adhere to the following detailed submission guidelines.
All papers submitted will undergo a thorough double-blind peer review process, and selected papers will be published in the ASRC 2025 Conference Proceedings, with opportunities for journal publication for outstanding contributions.
π Detailed Submission Guidelines
- Manuscript Length
- Papers submitted to ASRC 2025 must be a minimum of 4 pages and must not exceed 6 pages, including all content such as text, figures, tables, and references.
- Manuscripts exceeding the 6-page limit will be accepted only upon payment of an additional fee of USD 40 per page.
- Papers that fall short of the 4-page minimum will not be accepted for review.
Maintaining the specified length helps to ensure clarity, conciseness, and uniformity in the conference proceedings.
- Page Setup and Formatting
- All papers must conform to the A4 size standard (21.0 cm Γ 29.7 cm).
- Margins, font style, and font size must strictly follow the conference template to maintain a uniform appearance across all submissions.
- Authors must not deviate from the prescribed formatting as non-compliant papers will be returned for corrections or rejected without review.
- Official Paper Templates
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official ASRC 2025 templates. Templates are provided in both Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats to accommodate different author preferences.
It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that their final manuscript strictly adheres to the provided templates. Failure to comply may result in rejection during the technical review.
- File Format for Submission
- All papers must be converted to PDF format before submission.
- Submissions must be uploaded as PDF documents via the conferenceβs online submission system.
- Other file formats (e.g., .docx, .tex) are not acceptable during the initial submission phase.
A correctly formatted PDF ensures that your work will display properly across multiple devices and platforms used by reviewers and session organizers.
- Double-Blind Peer Review Process
To ensure impartiality and maintain the highest ethical standards, ASRC 2025 implements a double-blind review process, where:
- Reviewers are unaware of the authors’ identities.
- Authors must anonymize their manuscripts by removing all personal details, including names, affiliations, acknowledgments, project numbers, and any identifying metadata.
- References to prior work by the authors should be phrased in the third person, without revealing authorship.
Failure to properly anonymize submissions may lead to immediate desk rejection without review.
- Plagiarism Policy and Academic Integrity
ASRC 2025 maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and unethical research practices.
All submitted papers will be subjected to thorough plagiarism checks, including detection of:
- Direct copying without citation
- Improper paraphrasing
- Self-plagiarism (reusing significant portions of one’s own previously published work)
Consequences of plagiarism:
- Immediate rejection of the manuscript
- Notification to the author’s institution
- Ineligibility for publication and indexing
- No refund of registration fees if discovered post-acceptance
Authors are urged to ensure the originality and integrity of their submissions and to properly attribute all referenced work.
- Submission Procedure
All submissions must be made electronically through the official ASRC 2025 Submission Portal.
Please prepare your manuscript according to the instructions provided and upload the PDF version using the designated submission system:
