We are pleased to announce that registration for the American Scholarly Research Conference (ASRC 2025) is now open. To ensure broad participation, the conference offers affordable registration rates with options for both onsite and virtual attendees.
Participants are encouraged to register early to take advantage of discounted Early Bird rates and to secure their place in one of the most dynamic, interdisciplinary research conferences of 2025.

💡 One registration is valid for one accepted paper only. Authors presenting multiple papers must register each paper individually or pay the “Additional Paper” fee.

For Onsite Participants:

📌 Payment Details
All registration payments must be completed via bank transfer or credit card through our secure payment portal.
Full payment instructions, including banking details and confirmation steps, will be provided upon registration submission.
📬 A confirmation email with a receipt will be sent once your payment is verified. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
🧾 Terms & Conditions
- Registration is mandatory for all presenting authors to ensure inclusion in the official conference program and proceedings.
- All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
- Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or verifiable visa rejection (documentation required).
- Each participant is responsible for any bank transfer charges or service fees applied during payment.
- Only accepted and presented papers (onsite or virtually) will be included in the ASRC 2025 Conference Proceedings and considered for publication.
⚠️ No-Show Policy
In alignment with international academic conference standards, papers that are not presented—either physically or virtually—will be excluded from the official proceedings and will not be eligible for indexing or publication.
Please ensure that at least one author is available to present the paper during the scheduled session.
